Took my $, didn't delive

I requested 2 rollerblade sets as christmas presents on 12/5/09. One came the next week. Another didn't. Shipping information on amazon (with respect to vendor) was wrong. I contact atleast 10 times and sent about 6 times. 3 times, they stated they'd contact (within half an hour) to supply following info. They never replied. Many calls visited voice-mail. E-mails weren't delivered until AFTER christmas.

I never received the package. I never received following info. I never obtained a call-back about what direction to go.

I did so, nevertheless, receive my charge card statement that has not been returned.

I'd to-order them from another merchant and spend a significant delivery statement to obtain them by christmas. Studying the vendor evaluations on Amazon, my encounter wasn't special.

Ashamed.
