FedEx is the worst Delivery Service Available

I ordered items through Amazon using Amazon Primes free two day shipping. I ordered them to be deliverd by Christmas Eve. Three days later (2 days after Christmas now) I still don't have them. Normally all shipments I receive from Amazon ship UPS. Part of my shipment did ship UPS so the part that shipped UPS arrived Christmas Eve as promised. I spoke with Amazon and told them if my items were going to be shipped Fed Ex at anytime in the future I would not be ordering through Amazon anymore.
