Stole my money and didn't give me what i paid fo

Hello,
I finally found the dvd collection that I would was looking for "dallas" So I sent in my payment to amazon.com. And about a week later I checked my account for the amazon.com company. And my cart was empty, so I figured that they sent my product out. Now it is a week before christmas and no product but my cart is still empty I am calling and e-mailing them them and they are telling me that I may have sent my payment to japan or canada. I know that I sent my money to washington state, So I send an email to the third party. Doolicity and they are so rude and tell me to e-mail amazon.com.

Amazon stole my money and erased all listing of 'dallas' for $10.00 and I have to spend twice as much at a new store. IF YOU ARE SMART DON'T SEND A CREDIT CARD TO THERE COMPANY this is what they did with cash, IF YOU ARE WISE THEY, did this to me before christmas.
