DirectTV has the worst customer service in the industry. You get a different answer from each rep and because you need to call in so much. You always get a different rep and NO ONE evidently puts notes on the account or they do not read them. I have asked on more than one occasion for a manager to call back. It has never happened. The reps come accross as miserable and mistreated people who hate their jobs... Probably because they always are getting yelled at by angry and disgruntled customers. Voice your opinions!!
