Directv customer service is horrible

A customer service representative falsified information in order to get me to sign a contract with Directv.
I specifically asked Brandon, Supervisor at Consolidated Smart Systems before signing up with Directv "how much would it cost me if I signed up with Directtv on (September 19) knowing I had to move on Dec. 1 to get Directtv." And I was told $0 dollars to move my services anytime within a year of having service with Directtv. So I said okay great I will sign up now.

Brandon who is a supervisor over at Consolidated Smart Systems who operates on behalf of Directtv has now informed me that moving my services at $0 is no longer true or that I was misinformed! You're the supervisor and you're the one who set up my account you idiot!!! Now here is were bad customer service comes in, lying starts and Directv isn't holding up to what they sold me on. Which I think I have a valid case to stand up in court. Directv wants to now charge me $99 to move me to my new address down the street. And I refuse to do that due to the fact that now I've been mislead and lied to. Now they want to say well it will cost me $420 if I cancel my contract with them. I'm willing to have this handled in court if necessary. Why should I have to pay $99 to move my service when a supervisor informed me that moving my service within a year of having service would be free? I hate being lied to in order to make money off of me period! I hate bad customer service. I hope everyone will take this matter serious and file a complaint.
