Directv customer service - Satellite Service

This company is completely useless, no help what so ever, I can not wait once my contract is over to be done with them. I had many issues with them over billing, service, rude customer service. They are awful, why modern day companies treat their customer like this. Customers are treated with no respect, now my connection is down they telling is going to be four days for them to get to me, their answer is its your problem this what they have. I hate them
