Poor service - phone service only here

I called for a repair on our 2 phones with different numbers in our home with so much noise on them for a month 6 times repair people came here. Still alittle noise on phonelines. Also we have to use dial-up internet, but everyone on our road has highspeed, but us few maybe 10 people in the middle of our road. I have called about it and i get nothing but one story after another about highspeed not getting put in for us here. I am very mad. Very bad service period and rude people on the phone too. And the guy a half mile from us has highspeed and has had it for awhile too. What kind of crap company is this!!! And everyone else oposite of us other way on road has it to down the street. Very unhappy about this crazy company period!!!
