Internet Ripoff Don't blame it on Juno Blame it on Line Noise

Have been getting booted off the internet and disconnected an average of 3-4 times per hour using Juno. Far and away the worst dial up internet service I have ever had. It never disconnected me during the first months trial period. Once the trial period began and I was locked in the years contract, those problems then magically began to happen.

Looking at Juno's technical help page, they explain the reason you get disconnected is because of what they call "Line Noise". Apparently computers or modems are not really compatable for dial up services and is no fault of Juno's. Funny how I never had "Line Noise " problems with other dial up services to this extent.
And this was while using the same computer. And why was there never any "Line Noise" problems during the first months service with Juno?
