Poor customer service!

I'm so ill and fed up with TWC as well as their constant BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT. The only real cause that people maintain the support is basically because they're the only real organization that may provide highspeed online sites for my spouseis work from home business. Your wire and highspeed online sites went at roughly 11 pm on 3/4/08 as a result of rain storm. At 7:00 am I put my first phone of five calls to record the interruption. I used 20 units on-hold awaiting anyone to reply the telephone after going right through the ineffective requests. Lastly, the machine improperly tracks me towards the company area despite the fact that we've residential support. I am not likely to bore everybody using the information on my 5 telephone calls... Repeatedly sent towards the incorrect area, they offered me phone numbers for that residential section that got up as unacceptable telephone numbers, not having the ability to emerge till Sunday FIVE times later to repair the issue. My personal favorite phone may be the 3rd telephone call where the consultant contended with me that simply because they did not display a within their program that there is no interruption and explained my support worked. The underside line is during phone 5, I acquired so furious that i requested to get a boss and threatened to stop the support when they did not emerge to repair same-day the issue. Lo and see, amazingly a scheduled appointment pops up same-day plus they arrived 2 hours later. Exactly what a couple of jackasses!

I'm so furious that they'll escape with this specific but more furious that people cannot change this company. Speaking with my neighbors who likewise dropped support within the surprise who got handled exactly the same method makes me even angrier.
