I live in a rural and have dial-up internet, AT&T does not offer internet service at a reasonable rate or not at all, but windstream has service 2 houses to the east of me and when talking to windstream they say the cut off for windstream is 2 residents away, and I want the fcc to grant permission for windstream to connect to my home and provide internet service to my home giving me dsl at 1/2 the cost of AT&T, I should not be held subject to the inflamed prices of AT&T when 300 feet will hook me to windstream, I should have the option to choose, My address is 848 sw faulkner dr. Ft white fla and this rural road goes 2 miles long and I`m right at the cut off from one company to the other, I want this to be varianced to make this choise, I have verfied this info with windstream and they said if there given variance they will hook me up to their service.
