Extremely upset with Windstream who is my satellite tv provider for Dish Network. Have a recurring problem with a remote, which is burning up batteries, once a week, have already been sent 1 remote to "fix the problem" and it didnt, so they want to send another, which will be the 3rd one I've had, that's burning up batteries. Only customer service wants to charge me shipping and handling fees to fix the problem on their equipment, I'm leasing. They have offered to waive the fee, this time, but i must agree to pay shipping and handling fees on anything else, they send, unless of course I want to buy a warranty from them, to fix their defective products. UNBELIEVABLE! Their customer service is so intent on following company policy. They have no regard for the customers frustration of having to pay for costs associated with assuring their product works properly. I fully intend to find another provider for my satellite tv service and I wish Dish Network knew how Windstream was treating their customers!
