I received a letter from Thin Line Collections representing I-Satellite about collecting on my discontinued service with Dish Network. I never once talked to I-Satellite in regards to installing my dish. I only spoke with Dish Network yet Dish says I spoke to them. I know I didn't because I have my cell phone record to prove what number I called. It clearly shows Dish Networks 1 800 333 3474 number and the time I spoke to their representative. After talking to Dish several times they are unwilling to help. However, they have stated that no longer deal with I-Satellite as an Authorized Rep. I wonder why, please help me with this. Dish Network has been working in conjunction with I-Satellite and other providers to rip off customer and it has got to stop.
