DirectTV has the worst customer service in the industry

DirectTV has got the toughest customer support in the market. You receive another solution from each repetition and since you have to call-in so much. You usually obtain a diverse repetition WITH NO ONE obviously places records about the consideration or they don't read them. I've requested on several event to get a supervisor to phone back. It hasn't occurred. The repetitions come accross as unhappy and mistreated individuals who dislike their careers... Possibly simply because they usually are becoming screamed at by furious and unhappy clients. Style your views!!
