Directv has horrible customer service

It's 6:20am and that I am up and pissed-off due to Directv. I've a little overdue amt of 60.00 and created an agreement to pay for this in a few days. Per the repetition all-is good and that I actually obtained a verification mail that's Remove Delayed within the subject line which was delivered from Directv customer support. I've been getting numerous calls from Directv selections beginning with 8am to 9pm every single day on my mobile phone. I named and informed them that I'd the agreement and requested them to prevent calling. I told them the agreement is likely to be stored and that I don't have to get the calls. I had been informed by many repetitions along with a supervisor that they can contact till I spend. I'm confused since I'm an energetic client not really a disconnected consideration that's not settled your final bal or not delivered equipment. Anyhow to create a lengthy history short I named customer support to protest which converted into a disagreement and so I went forward and routine a remove for May 25th. The preservation repetition was rude and annoyed after I rejected to simply accept free hbo being an incentive to not remove. After he hung-up I called back again to observe what he planned. The repetition explained I'd a remove planned for May 4th that will be nowadays. I informed her which was wrong also it ought to be May 25th. After being on-hold for around 15 mins she explained I had been put up for remove on May 25th. Okay I woke up and my television had "Contact customer support to-order" about the display. I named and undoubtedly my solutions are disconnected. The repetition explained she noticed the notice wherever I requested for May 25th however for some cause the day wasn't transformed therefore I've to pay for the entire stability to be able to recover. I chose to allow the providers remain down since I know when I recover the providers I'll maintain a deal to get a year and that I declined to become caught in another agreement together. Stay away from Directv!!!
