Rude and doesn't honor coupons

Fed up with my DirecTV closing down, being informed I'd need to purchase an HDTV container to get HD service and getting bad support, I meant to abandon DirecTV. I talked to some customer support representative who, within an try to preserve us, delivered us a discount to get a free PPV film. We viewed the film but made a decision to shut our consideration anyway. The statement included the cost for that film directly after we shut the consideration. We'd a credit on our consideration but additionally had the discount for that film. DirecTV wouldn't recognize the discount since we'd shut our consideration. After I requested, which means you aren't likely to recognize the discount for the film we were billed for, the repetition stated "Number, not if you don't reopen the consideration around" then he charged me of "doing offers..." with him. I told him I had been not doing offers with him, I simply needed credit for that discount I had been delivered. He got unpleasant and hung-up on me. I still have yet to determine the a look for the credit balance. I am happy I'm no further with DirecTV. I quit because of bad customer support which repetition reinforced my estimation.
