Poor customer service, poor quality, and poor business practices

Terminated DirecTv because of bad customer support, low quality, and bad business parctices DESPITE THE FACT THAT I understood the termination charge could be 300 DOLLARS PLUS.

Producing monthly obligations about the cancelation charge, I named and approved DirecTv to cost 40 bucks to my bank card. The next day I'd a fee for 180 bucks to my bill.

After I called DirecTV to to protest, the very first phone I had been hung-up on, the 2nd phone I had been informed a boss was unavailable and there is nothing they might do when I had approved the paymant, after I requested for copies of the recoreded telephone discussion they stated they'd none, the 3rd phone stated it'd consider between 8-16 business days to return the 140.00.

DirecTv is basically taking, because they were just approved 40 bucks. I've submitted a using the BBB.
