In August we'd our Directv payment "included" with this Verizon telephone support. After issues with payment mistakes we unbundled our Directv support and required that Directv bill us straight again. 8 weeks later we obtained a statement from directv. We named to create a cost within the telephone. We requested to create a cost of $278.38 but rather, they required $290.67 from our bank account. I named them back the identical day-to inquire about this over charge however they definitely declined to create it right. Despite waiting forever to consult with a boss thay stated there is nothing they might do about this. Additionally, the telephone repetitions were super rude. I had been astonished in the insufficient civility and unwillingness to fix their mistake.
