Ripped off

I had been deceive and informed this program works with xbox live also it might charge 399 for that gear and 29 dollars for handling charge they required 532.10 not 430 bucks. I named them-and informed them used to donot need their service plus they appear reluctant to return my 532 bucks and eliminate their support.
