Very unhappy with Direct TV

My spouse is 72 yrs old and it has a pacemaker and 1 / 2 of his base stop and his television is his life. We have now been without television sincethe 15th of May. I can't realize why a technology can't reach our home no earlier than the 24th of May. Hire more technicians if have to. A technology was at my action-kids and he didn't have time for you to contact and find out if we'd a ticketopened, he was right nearby to us and wouldn't perform a factor. As much as this time we've had a great statement not today. We're really disappointed with Direct TV. We except television on plus some type of incentive for this sort of support.
