Awful technical service

We've been with Strong TV since 2004. We've spoken others into choosing Direct TV. At the moment we've no Immediate TV. This may be the very first time I've needed to complain. They had me within the ground trouble shooting having a technology for just two hours. Even while me informing them a technology had a need to come out. They ultimately chose to deliver a technology on 5/25/09, that will be Memorial Day. We visited get goods and arrived home and had a note they'd be on May 24th.
