Horrible customer service and worse billing ever!

The Butt is wagging Your Dog below. Terrible customer support! Worse payment actually! No-follow through with complaints! Lie! Lie! Lie! They didn't recognize their refund so when we terminated for overcharge (many times) we were billed an earlier termination charge by which they've been dogged to gather. We switched them directly into BBB however they snubbed BBB.
