Wrongfull billing

Didn't obtain refund guaranteed to me. Over billed for providers and customer support poor. No endeavor on Directvis finish to repair issue. Our support was switched off by directv without informing me and after producing payment per month. Toughest thing I actually did was alter my wire from meal to directv.
