Corporate greed and short sightedness

Direct tv promises support is seldom interrupted by climate. This can be a blatent lie. I reside in the Detroit region and sometimes when it's wet windy or cold, my support is interupted. The final straw has become. Our support continues to be along for the=ree times so when I required support I had been informed I'd have tomwait fourteen days. The support representatives about the telephone all had various ideas for why my support was down. None which served.

I had been informed easily ended I'd owe a termination charge of $480. This really is a typical example of corporate greed and short-sightedness. I doubt they'll maintain company over the following two years.
