Poor Customer Service

I purchase support in July of the year and had no issues until recently. Evidently I had been being charged with a "3rd party" DirectPath for satellite company. After many calls to tech support team and customer support, I had been informed my service was interupted for NON PAYMENT. I understood this needed to be an error since my statement was compensated online two days before. The boss "Ann" I talked with explained since DirectPath is just a Third Party supplier and that I needed to maitenance program (that we believed was contained in my DirectTV statement) I'd to pay for over $250 bucks to reconnect my support! NO OPTION!

I informed her which was not likely to occur and that I terminated my support and certainly will buy container before I spend that absurd sum. It's poor enough Customer Support continues to be outsourced towards the Philippines but to truly have the nerve to express, "We dislike to get rid of your company but this is the method it's." Visit HECK DirectTV!!! I wont' send one to you and certainly will happily visit another company.
