Poor customer service and contract

I bought the Pack Bundle from DirectTV June from their site. I had been informed that there could be not a problem in obtaining the pack. After having it mounted and signing the agreement they around this day haven't had the opportunity to supply the pack for me personally. I've approached all the service companies in my own region they explained might supply this support, nevertheless not one of them provide that service with DirectTV.

I called DirectTV and talked to 3 customer support representatives which werenot ready to resolve my issue. I requested to talk to a plus they offered me Bill, ID#TPCH199543.
