Awful service

We terminated the support within 3 times of setup. I had been informed by two distinct telephone reps from Direct TV that there could be free for termination for that first thirty days. I've named Direct TV two more occasions since that and was guaranteed both times the termination charge could be waived. The newest contact happened on September 4 at 5:25 pm. Once more I had been guaranteed with a consultant from Direct TV the termination charge could be waived. I named the revenue point on September 4, and was again informed that I really could stop the support without any charge for approximately thirty days. Direct TV as well as their reps are informing me that I owe no cash, after which distributing a state to some variety company who's threatening to consider this issue more.
