Terrible in everything

Directv is extremely poor in agreements. They declare something as you register so when you contact them later they declare that you've authorized for long term. Whenever you keep these things deliver the authorized content they do not send you a duplicate of agreement along with your signature.

Please report your discussion together so you may have some evidence. Customer support is extremely poor and payment is extremely complicated.

I've named many times to obtain the discount they provided however they won't recognize them.
