Unauthorized charges and very poor service!

I registered for Directv about 24 months ago. Their support works when it really wants to and only if it really wants to. When the breeze blows it hits my hand out of positioning. The very first time I named directv about that I had been informed there could be in regards to a 2-week delay before somebody might emerge and repair it, obviously that recommended I'd be without television and there is no credit for THIS-BUT they might inform me how to proceed and that I might continue my top and straighten it myself. Which means this is what I did so, EACH TIME the breeze blew. Nowadays I tested my banking account and directv has eliminated cash from this that used to do not approve. After I named them-they claim they've the best to complete it based on my agreement. Our first issue is I had been never offered my agreement. After I told them that I needed a duplicate of it, where I closed it, they explained I'd need to contact the organization that did the installation. They do not maintain a duplicate of the agreements? I'm calling my bank. Used to do not approve this deal plus they had no right getting anything from my lender plus they can't show they do given that they declare not to have my agreement.
