Scam and rip off

On 4/15/07 I bought an HDTV at Bestbuy, the salesman stated these were having a promotion on Direct TV. I described I had been currently a directv customer. The sales person stated I really could simply purchase the HD support and include it to my current support which Bestbuy might get it done included in my installation. I paid $99.00 for that HD radio and also the bestbuy installment men got around and conducted the mount. At no time did I actually talk to Direct TV to truly have the recipient activiated. After 3 months of payment problems I decided I no further desired to be with Direct TV and required termination of my support. I had been informed that I really could not stop when I was committed to some two-year agreement. I request the client service representative to confirm after I decided to these conditions plus they declare it had been automated after I registered for that HD service, issue is i never authorized something or decided to an expansion of service. I never actually spoken to Direct TV.

They declare that after I had the recipient mounted i closed the contract. After I looked over my bestbuy bill there's no reference to such contract matteroffact theres no reference to Direct TV. Then your consultant stated i verbally agreed once they conducted the mount. Again i never talked to anybody at Direct TV. The very best purchase specialist did all of the speaking with Direct TV.

I dont know how they escape with one of these misleading methods and there's small or nothing available to safeguard the customer from such scams. I really hope Direct TV moves under when IPTV becomes available nationwide. I'm currently arguing this with Allied highway an assortment company (Direct TV).
