To begin with they never recognize the benefits offer. Customer support is extremely poor plus they simply lay for you to obtain off the telephone. I'm caught in a 2yr contract In july I'll be-at twelve months and so I may bite the topic and spend the 216.00 early termination charge. To eliminate the 100.00 payment for quite simple cable. Just good about direct television the display quality is the greatest but that's not worth the$ and strain you will have with this particular organization.
