Poor customer service

Like a lot of of another unfavorable evaluations on this website yet others I will verify the poor company methods of Doteasy. I've had three distinct areas located together previously couple of years.

One of these simple I terminated over this past year and was recently charged for hosting onto it anyway. I required a reimbursement, was handed a runaround (such as the need that I send a duplicate of my creditcard for them), and finally needed to contact my creditcard organization to challenge the cost.

Another two reports I'm trying to proceed to another hosting support. One of these simple seems to be shifting along as anticipated. Another was secured (without my agreement) plus they are providing me difficulty about creating the move. Again they're challenging a fax content of my charge card. After some backwards and forwards they stated that it had been ok to black-out all of the quantity and also the protection rule. I chose to simply go right ahead and do this. I've delivered extremely readable copies for them twice today, plus they declare that the things they obtain is also dim to see.

I am unsure how this can eventually solve. I've submitted a using the Better Business Office.
