Directv lied that I'd 2-year agreement

Our twelve months agreement with Directv ended last month. After I named to stop my support, Directv mentioned that it had been a two-year agreement. And when I stop these were likely to bill me $20 per month beginning in July to June. I required a duplicate of my authorized contract plus they mentioned they don't possess the agreement.
