Warranty Fraud

I bought a-50" Hitachi Television 11-22-05 plus a 5-year warranty. It quit working Feb. 2008. It has been within the store twice & delivered twice, without having to be set. Following a year of telephone calls, it is finding acquired a third-time. It'snot driven-up in more than 18 weeks, and ABC demands they are able to continue supplying support requires so long as they desire, till a repair center transmits written down it's "unfixable". The final store, Common Television, declined to complete it... Stating "it's really a cash cow work" and might proceed to focus on it for so long as ABC gives them to. Itis currently likely to ABL Technology to determine when they may resolve it. ABC has set over $1,450.in repairs into this Television, that charge me over $2,800 with tax & guarantee, and today they are throwing more involved with it. Our guess is they are wishing to maintain operating this scenerio before guarantee ends in November. What fools! At their price, they might have changed/returned it twice-over right now. I have posted a towards the Better Business Institution and intend to document a little states suit the following month if it's not solved. I have invested over $30,000. Within the Waterford ABC shop, through the years, and would not move base in another of their shops again. BAD SUPPORT!!! Operate, do not go, to a different equipment/electronics shop.
