I purchased a 42 Philips lcd Television from Sams t / a long two-year guarantee.inside the first-year i applied my television for the most part for 3 months.inside the first-year it created a orange place once the television heated-up. The fix people due to their guarantees isn't actually situated in Tennessee, their from Al. They're Audio-Video specialist. It got them per week to check out it, another 5 times to choose it up. So that as of today today day 46, the component to repair my Television continues to be in limbo and it has not been solved. One CSR employed by Sams continues to be supportive, but that doesnt make me feel much better when I look in the large empty spot-on the wall of my livingroom when I pay attention to the Basketball finals and also the people mug about the radio. I recommend to not purchase from Sams due to there really lack luster febal endeavor as it pertains to satisfying their customers. Im thinking if my guarantee ends prior to the television gets delivered if my warranty continues to be valid. I still have 22 weeks so ill keep all posted.
