Warranty on TV

Don't spend your cash on the Cook's guarantee. I bought a-5 year guarantee on my 57" Television in 7/07. It has quit working and that I am captured in a headache of looking to get it set by Cook's Guarantee Division. They'd a Television organization in Florida contact me (I am in Tx) to identify the issue within the telephone. Exactly what a laugh! Then five times later they shipped a lamp and stated I am designed to do the installation myself (there have been no directions included). The lamp seemed damaged when taken off the container. My partner mounted it and got a flashing yellow-light (Television nevertheless no longer working). We named the organization, Accuracy Television in Florida, plus they stated we'd to begin around with Frys. We're obtaining the run-around, and that I settled great cash for that guarantee. Easily desired to do the repair myself, I'dnot have purchased the guarantee. They still do not wish to deliver anybody out to check out it. I'm eager.
