3 year extended warranty

Should a Magnavox 19" Television in a Goal shop within Livermore California in 2008 well that television charged me $299.99 and that I bought a long 3-year support guarantee therefore the first-year was about the manufactor after which following the first-year the warranty began so lately my television has began to have this issue of switching on alone and simply leaping AV1 AV2 etc alone aswell. And so I named goal three times previously and that I have not received no container for me personally to deliver my television to obtain it fixed. I named on 11/08 to demand support and that I named again on 11/10 due to no container then I named again on 11/22 and that I was informed the container might appear through advantages by 11/30 and its own currently Dec 1st and NOTHING has occurred nonetheless! I am really angry with Goal!
