Warranty Delays

I bought A Television in 2003. A-60" Hitachi LCD projection. Our guarantee lasted 5 years. It had been up in December 08. Within my protection I'd 3 lighting applications venture out. The very first time it got them per month to displace it. The 2nd period it got them a couple of months, the 3rd period it got them more than 6 months to ultimately come and substitute it accusing it on parts supply. I spoke towards the support supervisor in the support division and he explained they'd increase my guarantee for another year. I never received any paperwork regarding this. Today it's nearly September and my Television is certainly going on me again. I really hope after I contact they'll recognize this prolonged year which was guaranteed in my experience. Or even, I'd prefer to understand how to join the suit.
