Efused service to me

The company would not give me service because my brother in law who has never lived at our residence used my address and phone number to order direct tv. We have never had a direct tv unit at our address. I went to a number of sections of the company voicing my complaint and they just kept repeating that he had given this address on his order. I even wrote a letter to the corporate office voicing my complaint but have not recieved a reply yet. I also asked them to look for an installation slip or packaging slip showing that i recieved their goods. They just kept repeating he gave them this address and phone no. On his order which he owes them about $100 plus the reciever. They said if i would get the money from him plus the recievver they would do business with me. I told them I am not a collection agency plus we have no contact with him nor is he allowed on the property. My credit is impeccable but that seems to make no difference to them at all
I gave them his address in Mexico but they did not seem to want it. This seems iodiotic to me since I would be a steady paying customer and they would gain much more than they lost through him. As i said i went through spending about a total of 3 hrs alot of different departments of direct tv inclusind their collection dept and the department just above the collection dept to no avail.
