Early Termination Fee Never Disclosed, Fourth Collection Agency

Direct TV has failed to notify customers upon installing or selling their product that an early termination fee exists. When I had Direct TV, the only thing I signed was the installation notice, which did not have any mention of an early termination charge. The installation tech did not mention it either.

I have a friend who worked for them in Nashville, TN, and he told me that was common practice with Direct TV.

It has been well over a year since I terminated the service, and since then I am now on my fourth collection agency threatening, coercing and otherwise annoying me to pay a fee that I never agreed to or was aware of. Beware of Direct TV's practices.
