Comcast Dissatisfaction with customer service - Cable and Internet

Every time, which is OFTEN, that I request a service technician to come to the house I am given a window of time. The window is a three hour window, which is inconvenient since I teach and am not a taxi driver. Besides the inconvenience, the people on the phone, are illiterate, and for some reason are all named LaToya. I was told at 4:30 this afternoon that my appt. Was between 2-5 and "everyone has a three hour window" I informed LaToya that as a teacher if I gave parents a three hour window for conferences I would never leave the building. I also informed LaToya that my doctors do not schedule appointments between 11-2. The last time Mr. Comcast technician was suppose to be here between 2-5 he arrived at 8:30. The company can help by being more responsive to customers time and needs and hire people who answer the phone to speak clearly and to remember they are suppose to be customer service representatives and not alienate the paying customers.
