Poor service and poor customer service

I have repeatedly struggled with Comcast service. The only reason that I don't switch to another service is that Comcast has a monopoly on apartment buildings in Arlington. This is the second time I have moved but the 9th appointment missed by Comcast. That is almost an entire work week I have spent waiting for Comcast to arrive. (Each appointment window is 4 hours.) This is expensive and frustrating. The worse part is when I speak with the customer service representatives they are unhelpful and rude. One rep will tell me the technician couldn't get in to my building (which is weird) then another will tell me that he couldn't find my building then another will tell me that he is on his way but he never arrives. There is no point in speaking with Comcast reps because you can't believe a thing they say. I understand scheduling is difficult and service can be spotty but their customer service should at least by honest and sympathetic.
