I recently ordered Fios service and could not believe what a mess verizon customer service was. The technician could not arrive at the four hour window time, so they had to rescedule. The next day the technician did arrive in the given window time, but could not install the bundle because for some reason it was not on the order ticket. I was on the phone for fourty minutes trying to get that taken care of and it still was not a handled correctly. I was told the phone service would have to be a separate order and I would have to call back to bundle the package at a later date. The technician was to come two days later in the ridicules four hour window and he didn't. When I called customer service to get information about if and when the technician would arrive I was given the run around. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she had zero interest in trying to accomidate the customer. Customer service for verizon is awful. How do they stay in business?
