I named to obtain 2 extra devices before 3 weeks' of new support passed. 4 individual brokers handed me around for half an hour to warrant getting $340 additional to get a $4.99 monthly, marketed charge! After I reported they stated that "was their plan". Outcome was they instantly turn off support and endangered selection easily declined to cover early termination / deactivation charge of another $300. Pursuing that, they'd the audacity to demand I return their gear quickly OTHERWISE, PURCHASE IT TOO. NO customer support... None. NADA.

Previous experience years back, they refused evidence of return of gear, billed for this. When they might, they'll damage your credit for 7 years of fake selection efforts. Wire options for 1.5 decades has become significantly less than 30 DAYS of the EXTORTION.

Don't even think about subscribing to the bad, pitiful, slow excuse for support.

THEY DESERVE TO BE PROSECUTED as well as their "Consumer Contract" imposing Settlement and waived to test in challenge, questioned and punished against them, restitution to all previous and existing customers.

Count me in on that.
