I've been a Directv client for almost ten years. Nevertheless, after continuous price increases and terrible customer support encounters, I chose to create a change.

I ended my Directv support in December. I had been informed by them that I'd need to deliver back my rented devices and they could be delivering containers and pre-published brands for me personally to do this. I obtained the containers on Friday, a complete 8 weeks after deleting my support. I had been on holiday until Sunday, but prepared to come back the gear nowadays.

I had been repairing my banking account on Sunday and observed a cost from Directv. They'd debited my bank account for $750.00, without my understanding.

I had been involved. Therefore, I called customer support. They advised me the cost was for that gear that I'd not delivered. Evidently, they employed the bank card on document that I applied each month to pay for my statement, to charge my account. I had been informed that section of my agreement contract permitted them to do this to protect unreturned equipment.

The containers arrived on Thursday, however they debited my bill on Friday.

I delivered the devices very first thing today. After I returned home I named customer support again to see them the gear was on the road which I'd expect an entire return. I had been subsequently advised that the moment they obtained the cargo the reimbursement could be prepared. It'd consider about 6-8 months for me personally to obtain a check from their website.

Therefore, Directv has my $750, that we didn't understand these were getting. It got them oneday to obtain the cash, however it will require 6-8 months for me personally to obtain it back.
