Fail to fix electronics under warranty

I've a Denon Home Theater Program that no further may study a DVD or Disc. I'd bought a guarantee through Circuit City. Because the liquidation, the underwriters, "Town Guarantee" took over praising the guarantee. Nevertheless, since January 20, and after-hours to be on-hold, numerous discussions with customer support workers as well as their administrators, Town Guarantee doesn't have procedure to deal with my guarantee.
