They want to charge me an additional $600 plus tax to repair the screen

I bought a PC along with a two-year warranty for my child from Computer Richard & Child. After I bought the guarantee, I had been informed that anything could be coated so long as the pc wasn't fallen or deliberately broken. The LCD display went/broke and today Computer Richard & Boy won't recognize the guarantee. They would like to cost mean extra $600-plus duty to correct the display. I reread the guarantee and there's no note that LCD displays aren't protected. Our child didn't fall the pc or maliciously split the LCD display. She's joining Liberty School in Va and wants her pc for college and research. I invested $200 on the guarantee that's not being recognized. I've needed to deliver the pc to a different company and my child is with no computer for college. I'd such as the quantity of the guarantee repaid in my experience since Computer Richards isn't praising it anyway.
