I purchased a laptop from Circuit City and bought a-4 year guarantee protection for this in the same period. Once they went of company I then found out that organization from the title of Town Guarantee was accountable for the guarantee protection. I've attempted their 800-number for assistance and assistance, but after working through their brief automatic telephone options I'm informed a note that support individual can help me the moment one can be obtained. I watch for about 20 units then phone ticks several times after which I notice nothing with no one answers the telephone. I tried this a number of occasions and also the samething happens each time.
