Will not honor warranty

I bought Sears Replacement Windows in 1993 and was promise a lifetime guarantee on bending, cracking, pealing and breaking along with a 20-year guarantee on lack of the protected seal for so long as I possessed my house. I named Sears spoke with Rhonda and that I required that I needed anyone to come and restore 4 windows and that I had a guarantee to protect this. She required I send her a duplicate of my guarantee. I sent a duplicate and obtained a call-back from Rhonda on my answering machine declaring this warranty was simply an estimation not really a guarantee. Both windows I needed fixed were distorted and also the additional two the seals were damaged. I purchased these windows due to the lifetime guarantee. The guarantee specifically stated that Sears may give a lifetime guarantee on these screen not the screen organization. They'll not recognize my guarantee and stated my guarantee was just advantageous to annually. I'd Sears emerge and resolve my windows in 1998 and wasn't billed for that fix. It was after dark twelve months interval plus they must have the guarantee I delivered them on document. I'm really upset with Sears and certainly will no further buy something from their website. They don't uphold the things they state, making them untrustworthy.
