I named Assurant Options regarding my 5-year guarantee for an LG Television I bought through Circuit City. We were hit by lightening in September (2 1/2 years in to the guarantee) and required a professional-rated reimbursement, since the Television was ruined. After faxing the required info 4 occasions, numerous hour-long telephone calls, it's today January and that I still don't have my reimbursement. I did so consult with Customer Support Reps that attempted to help me, however they aren't supplied use of the info they have to assist. The administrators that I talked with were impolite and had no need to assist me. I wont give up obtaining what is owed in my experience, but I'll never buy another guarantee through Assurant Solutions. It's been the toughest Customer Support encounter I Have ever endured.
