I really named to assist a associate purchase fresh support today and that I questioned concerning the $50.00 referral reward. The worker informs me that I'll need to contact another quantity to obtain that. After I contact the client service person claims" sorry, it's to be achieved before you purchase the support". I say "nicely in case your repetitions have no idea the guidelines how will you anticipate your client to?" She puts me on-hold after which the phone call gets delivered back through the machine of switches tracks etc... The following repetition I get "Penny" says the same and that I react exactly the same method then she claims" We're just individual, we make errors, I'm sure you've created several mistakes inside your lifetime" WTF!!! Therefore we terminated the brand new service and that I am rescheduling my current support. Unfortunate that customer support has gotten so poor!
